+- **[HA]** Fresh start on the bare-metal HAOS (`192.168.10.102`) — nothing migrated (old container + Proxmox VM were empty/offline). Added 6 integrations: **Roborock** (S7 Pro Ultra), **Xiaomi Home** (HACS official, cloud), **Tuya** (42 devices + scenes), **Govee** (HACS `LaggAt/hacs-govee`, cloud API key), **Gree** (HACS `RobHofmann`, climate, manual IP), **Bosch Home Connect** (dishwasher/dryer/washer, 45 entities).
+- **[NETWORK]** Confirmed **no inter-VLAN firewall isolation** — HAOS (VLAN10) reaches IoT devices (VLAN30) by unicast. Gree AC added by IP (`192.168.30.160`) since broadcast discovery doesn't cross VLANs.
+- **[HA]** **Gotcha:** OAuth redirects using `homeassistant.local` are unresolvable → complete the callback with the IP (`192.168.10.102`). Hit this on Xiaomi Home.
